Didier Boumans

Didier joined Colesco in 2023 as Investment Manager.
Within Colesco, Didier is focused on transaction sourcing and execution across Europe, with a main focus on the Dutch market.
Didier has over 15 years of experience in leveraged finance, both in the mid-market and the larger transactions. He has executed a wide variety of transactions such as leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and add-on refinancings. Structuring experience includes club deals, syndicated loans across Europe and PIK notes. Prior to joining Colesco, Didier worked as Director in the Rabobank Leveraged Finance team.
Didier holds an MSc in Financial Economics and an MSc in Business Administration, both from Maastricht University.
