Hayley joined Colesco in 2026 as Investor Relations & Business Development Director.
Within Colesco, Hayley is focused on investor relations and fundraising.
Hayley leverages 10 years of experience across credit and sustainable investment. Prior to joining Colesco, Hayley was an Investor Relations professional at Caius Capital, a c.$1.5bn credit hedge fund, where she led investor relations activities and supported broader fundraising efforts globally.
Before this, Hayley worked at Fidelity International, first as a Sustainable Equity Investment Specialist covering thematic and sustainable equity funds, and subsequently as a Private Credit Investment Specialist covering CLOs, leveraged loans and structured credit. Earlier in her career, Hayley held analyst roles at Mercer and BNY Mellon.
Hayley holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath and holds the CFA Level 1 qualification.
