Investment Associate - Sustainability
Katy joined Colesco in 2025 as a Sustainability Associate.
Within Colesco, Katy helps further develop the Responsible Investment Framework, researches emerging areas of sustainable investing, supports the Investment team on deal execution and engages with current and prospective portfolio companies on their sustainability performance.
Prior to joining Colesco, Katy was an Associate Director at Sustainable Fitch, where she was sector specialist in forestry, food and agriculture. In addition, she was Global Co-Chair of Fitch Group’s ‘Green Wave’ employee network.
Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from Balliol College, Oxford and obtained the CFA Certificate for Sustainable Investing. Over the past two years, she has been a Sustainability Champion for the CFA UK’s sustainability community.
