Michel Andrea

Michel joined Colesco in 2024 as the Head of Portfolio & Risk Management. He is a member of the Investment Committee.

Within Colesco, Michel is focused on portfolio management and risk management activities of the credit platform, covering credit, compliance and operational risks.

Michel has over 40 years of experience in risk management functions in financial and capital markets at ING, Barings, Deutsche Bank and Rabobank. Prior to joining Colesco, Michel managed a broad range of asset classes and supported international businesses in building and managing strong performing portfolios through multiple economic cycles. He held the position of Global Risk Officer for Rabobank’s private equity, structured finance, fund finance and financial institutions group. He has extensive experience in leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, asset-based finance and special asset management. Michel has been voting member and chair of various credit, underwriting and investment committees.

Michel holds a BSc in Business Administration, a BSc in Business Economics, and a degree in Administration Controlling.
